NOTE:
The topic of
the July 17 performance has changed. The performance, at
7:00 pm, will
feature a family sing-along, led by Jimmy Bass, director of the A.
Mitchell Powell Jr. Public Library. Kids are invited to bring
oatmeal containers, coffee cans, and similar items that they may
use as drums, as well as bring medicine bottles that they may
use as shakers. Kids may decorate their instruments at the
library before the program.
The library thanks Lee-Goodrum Pharmacy for donating medicine
bottles for the
July 17 program.
