Online Book Clubs and News

Would you like to be able to sample a few chapters of a book before buying or borrowing the book? Would you like to broaden the range of books that you read? Through the library and your personal e-mail account, you have these opportunities.

You may join one or two book clubs for adults—fiction and mystery—as well as a book club for teens.

These services are funded by the family and friends of the late Sam Lowery, by Coweta County, and by the city of Newnan.

About the book excerpts
The company DearReader, which provides the book club service, selects the featured books. If you subscribe, DearReader will send a five-minute excerpt of a book to you each day by e-mail. By the end of a five-day week, you will have received one or more chapters of a book. If you like what you read, visit the library to check out the complete book.

About the book news
