NoveList database
Through GALILEO (Georgia’s virtual library), you may access the NoveList database, a useful tool for discovering fiction books and authors of interest to you.

The NoveList database
• helps you find books similar to others that you have enjoyed
• helps you find books about particular subjects or time periods
• offers discussion guides and other features

Author lists
The following lists (PDF files*) provide the names of authors who have one or more works in the collection of the A. Mitchell Powell Jr. Public Library:
• African-American authors
• Authors of Christian fiction
• Southern authors

New large-print books
This flier (PDF file*) provides a list of books in large print that were added to the collection of the A. Mitchell Powell Jr. Public Library in March.

Top titles among patrons
People often enjoy knowing which books are the most popular among readers in their community. As of late April, the following books are the ones most frequently reserved by patrons at the A. Mitchell Powell Jr. Public Library:
