Online Book Club for Teens

How would you like to have chapters of new books sent to you by e-mail? Would you like to try out new books before borrowing them from the library?

Well, you can—by joining one or more online book clubs. Theyre fun, and theyre free! And theres even a club featuring teen books.

You can sign up for the teen book club here. (At the same time, you can sign up for one or two adult book clubs covering fiction books and mysteries.) You can also sign up here to get news about books.

These services are funded by the family and friends of the late Sam Lowery, by Coweta County, and by the city of Newnan.

About the book excerpts
The company DearReader, which provides the book club service, selects the featured books. If you subscribe, DearReader will send a five-minute excerpt of a book to you each day by e-mail. By the end of a five-day week, you will have received one or more chapters of a book. If you like what you read, visit the library to check out the complete book.

About the book news
The company DearReader, which provides the book club service, offers a news service as well. If you subscribe, DearReader will send periodic newsletters to you by e-mail with information about new books and bestsellers.
