Viewing Your Account

To check the status of your account, you may call the library at (770) 253-3625 (select option 3, for the Circulation Department) or you may view your account online. You will need to provide your user ID number, which is the 14-digit number on the back of your library card.

Through the online feature, you may view a list of any items that you have checked out, view a list of any items that you have on reserve, and view any bills on your account. To use this feature, follow the instructions below. Note: You will first need to ask for your PIN (personal identification number) in person at the library, by phone, or by e-mail at circulation@newnan-coweta.org. NOTE: This e-mail account is temporarily out of service. We apologize for the inconvenience.
